Emily Percy

Social Expert | Content | Strategy | Accounts

Emily has over 12 years’ experience in international marketing, many of which have been in the accommodation and alcohol industry. She has worked alongside some of the biggest brands in the world.

Her experience in the accommodation industry includes working in many of the top hotels in New Zealand such as Rydges Hotel, Choice Hotels Australasia, and Amora Hotel.

Emily has been providing Make Me Social services to businesses since the company was founded in 2019. This includes providing value training and support to those impacted by COVID-19

She cannot wait to use her knowledge and experience to help businesses all over New Zealand grow their online presence.

Dan Close

Strategy | Content | Operations | Partnerships

Dan has been involved in the travel industry since his first ever job, back in 2010 for the then Welman Technologies. He learnt from the ground up how accommodation businesses run, and also what it takes for them to succeed online.

After nearly 10 years with GuestTraction, Dan ventured off to work for digital marketing powerhouse AKQA, looking after some of NZ's biggest brands like Z Energy, Mitsubishi Motors, NZTA and Douglas Pharmaceuticals.

With a wealth of new knowledge, Dan is now fully focused on Make Me Social and can't wait to help accommodation properties prepare for the travel industry of tomorrow.

Hadley Attewell

Customer Success Superstar | Content Writer

Hadley is currently in his last year studying at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University doing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in History and English Literature.

Hadley is also a social media influencer for McDonald's New Zealand, where he brings his unique perspective and creativity to a wider audience.

Outside of work loves playing football and listening to 90s and early 2000s hip hop.

Hadley’s blend of academic insight, social media savvy, and a genuine passion for helping others makes him a perfect fit for our team. We’re thrilled to have him onboard and apart of our Make Me Social family.
